For the last couple of months, one of your plucky hosts has been plagued with multiple deliveries of the film, 'Die Another Day' in a cruel and calous attempt to coerce us into doing an episode on arguably the worst Bond film ever. But the Wreckfast Club does not negotiate with terrorists. So we will do Bond, but this ain't your grandma's Bond. This is a green and grizzled, no nonsense, no quips or gadgets Bond. This is a Bond who gets results no matter the cost. This is a Bond who doesn't really seem to know what the word 'spy' means. This is a Bond who does his own coming out of the sea in a sexy bathing suit stunts. Get ready for a punching, poker and poorly realised female characters as this week, we go back to the Bond well, as the Wreckfast Club presents: Casino Royale

Wreckfast Club! Come out to plaaaay-aaay! In the not too distant future, gangs are banging everyone, they're banging other gangs, they're banging civilians, they're even banging police. Also, in the UK, getting banged can mean getting knocked out. Do we over-labour that point? Who can tell. Charisma abounds in this coming of age, 80's high school tale from the master of coming of age, 80's high school tales; John Hughes. We spend a day in the life of effortlessly, loveable Matthew Broderick as he tries to give his friends one last, amazing day off school. There's parades, prank phone calls, car based hi-jinks as well as an attempted drowning when it gets weirdly dark later in the film. We ask, is Ferris really worth saving? Is he even that nice a guy? And you, the listener, get to judge if Mossy or Dave does the best Alan Ruck impression as the Wreckfast Club presents: Ferris Bueller's Day Off!

A secret war between werewolves and vampires. Guns. Leather. Michael Sheen. Kate Beckinsale. Sounds pretty cool right? Only this film apparently hates vampires, sets everything in the dark so it's impossible to see and starts after the war has basically finished, so there's not really a lot going on. There's so much convoluted lore and weird motives in this film and it's all so boring and rubbish. This could be the angriest episode we've ever recorded. So get excited for the Wreckfast Club presents: Underworld!

"If only I could turn back time. If only I had said what I still had." Much like the 1998 hit, 'Turn back time' by Aqua, that this film is based on, today's episode explores themes of turning back time, general time travel theory and the regret of missed opportunities. It also stars Tom Cruise as a bumbling, useless civilian in the midst of a war against advanced wibbly wobbly aliens called mimics. Like a sci-fi cross between groundhog day and blackadder goes forth it's got incredible action scenes that they must have saved a fortune on only filming once and then repeating 6 or 7 times throughout the film. It's a fun, action romp that deserves a sequel. Today, the Wreckfast Club presents: Edge of Tomorrow (Live. Die. Repeat)
