A man on the run, accused of murdering his wife, must prove his innocence by uncovering a plot that involves big farmers, an assassin with a ten tonne arm and a policeman with a penchant for shotgunning everybody - all the while being chased by a manical Tommy Lee Jones who just wants to shout puns at him, and Cypher from the Matrix is in it.
